I’M NIKI | FOUNDER & CEO

As a daughter of two entrepreneurs, a passion for supporting small businesses was instilled in me from the start. It gave me a unique look into both the love small business owners pour into their companies, as well as the unique challenges they face. I understood that business for them was more than just a transaction - it was creating trusted relationships and lasting connections with their customers and clients. I’ve gravitated towards utilizing my skillset to support the growth and success of small businesses ever since.

Grow & Gather was born out of genuine interest and passion for supporting and nurturing the dreams of women, small business owners.

For the last decade, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering a skillset in marketing, event planning and execution, customer experience, and community building, that has successfully

The first step is to fill out a client application!

While we would love to work with every business, determining if we’re a good fit for each other protects your time & investment, and ensures we’re able to provide the relationship and deliver the results you’re looking for.

ESTABLISH ROOTS

Once we review your application, we’ll send you an email to set up a discovery call, where we’ll discuss more details about your business and your needs, as well as give you an idea of what a working with us could look like. We then craft your customized proposal.

BLOOM & GROW

Once your proposal is approved, contract is signed, and your first invoice is paid, we welcome you to the Grow & Gather family and your onboarding process begins!
